INTRODUCTION:
Ifedayo Local Government was created in September 1991 by the federal Government and it was carved out of the old Ila Local Government. Its headquarters is in Oke Ila Orangun which is about 75 kilometers away from Osun State Capital.
GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
The Local Government is located to the north east area of Osun State. It shares boundaries with Ila Local Government, Osun State and Omu Aran in Kwara State. Oke Ila town is about seven kilometers from Ipoti Ekiti in Ekiti State. It has a landmass of about 200 square kilometers. |
